  • This is the transcript of a witness who gives evidence for the crown, that he saw the client hit and kill the "victim". On Cross-examination it was shown that the witness could not have seen anything because his view was blocked by a wall and eventually it was shown that at the witness was looking away from the scene waiting for his drug dealer to show up.
